Purchase conditions

The customer must pay in advance 100% of the price for the period booked when making the booking on our website; payment by credit or debit card only.

In order to access the car park facilities it is essential to have the printed voucher or printed receipt, for the purposes of customer identification and to guarantee the car park space for the duration of the booking.

The car park only guarantees your parking space for the hours or duration of your booking. If you should arrive early or late, this additional time will require an additional payment for the difference between the time booked and the excess time used. For this reason, we recommend booking as exact a time period as possible.

In the event of the customer having to extend their stay, any additional time that is not covered by the booking must be paid directly at the car park (at the official rate applied by the car park for general users, not at the discounted rate offered on online bookings).

Bookings may be cancelled in advance up to 24 hours before the start time of the booking period. In this event, El Nou Raval S.L. will reimburse 100% of the booking amount paid, by means of transfer to the credit or debit card used for the payment. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations made later than 24 hours before the start time of the period booked.
